About me: Introducing you to my career journey, I am a recognised finance leader with rich international experience in devising financial strategies, taking P&L ownership, raising funds, P&L functions, fundraising, financial control and securing business growth – across industries e.g. in FinTech (NBFC & MFI), EdTech, Pharma, Oil & Gas, and - across geographies e.g. US, Oman India, Philippines, and Hong Kong. I ensure adherence with the strategic goals and initiatives by determining financial objectives, designing & implementing policies to facilitate internal controls, and collaborating through a business-partnership role.
Value Brought Up: Record-breaking success for strategic turnarounds in all the areas of Finance Management: I built a capital structure to fulfil business goals and initiated system-based controls for eliminating manual processes and investment prioritisation. Acting as a strategic front-runner, I have devised finance transformation strategies, and created transformation plans by integrating financial information systems, preparing financial forecasts with coordinated budget projections.
Present Engagement: In my present capacity as the Founder at Dial A CFO, I am serving as 'Interim' CFO of Clients and leading end-to-end Finance Function including CFOing, Fund Raise, Compliance, and Process Transformation. With solid strategic planning skills, I partner with the Board of Directors and Senior Management on all strategic issues.
